Photo Assignment #1 - Mitchell

This is the sign that welcomes students into the Ellicott Community. The community is the home of three halls and a diner, and is conveniently located near a recreation center. It's a very nice space to live in, and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
UMD is known for always being under construction. Regardless of whether or not that's a good thing, it's always interesting to see construction going on throughout various locations on campus. After all, this campus is far from being complete.
UMD is also known for its Athletics department. I happened to catch this group of students running on the field together,
so I had to take a picture of them. The sun was shining, the students were smiling, and everybody was feeling great
(except for me; I got stains on my jeans from laying down on the field).
This is the exterior of Hagerstown Hall, the building in which I live and do my regular activities in. I'm proud to have made lots of friends here and participate in the activities that have been hosted in the past. You know the old saying, "there's no place like hall."
These are the "Arc Trainers" that can be found in the Eppley Recreation Center. I started working out because I felt that something needed to be changed regarding my physical health. Ever since I began working out twice a week, I felt better and more energized, and I thankfully have enough time within a day to do whatever works there.
